THE LINK AT 310 WEST 52ND STREET

ETI was retained to perform special inspections at The Link Condominium, a 42-story development located on the corner of Eighth Ave. in Midtown West. The building includes 215 lucury units and a 2,500 square foot terrace with a meditation garden and reflecting pond.

ETI performed inspections on the condominiums as well as the restoration of the plaza. Inspections performed included structural and energy code compliance.
