THE BELMONT AT EASTVIEW

ETI is performed special inspections for the Belmont at Eastview, a gated community featuring 364 luxury apartments in a park like setting. This state of the art resort style community features an 18,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fields, gardens and pool. Construction was completed in June 2024. Phase II of this project  will include additional apartments, a second clubhouse and retail such as stores, medical and restaurants. Inspections include all structural, firestopping, concrete, soils, and masonry. Laboratory testing includes concrete, asphalt, floor flatness and leveling, mortar and grout.
