ETI was retained to perform special inspections and concrete testing for four new 4-Story two-family residential buildings in the Bay Terrace section of Bayside, Queens.

Each building will contain two townhouse units measuring between 3,962 and 4,778 square feet.

Inspections for all the buildings included MEP, foundations, soils, energy code compliance and concrete testing.
