ETI was retained for all the special inspections and testing items for College Point Logistics Center. This warehouse and parking facility is 249,675 square feet and is located on a four acre site. It features 36 foot ceilings and the ability to support 800 PSF floor loads. The enclosed parking spreads across the second and third floor with warehouse space including loading docks on the ground floor.
