The scope of project involves a completed infrastructure upgrade to the base building equipment, structural reinforcement throughout the floors, cellar and sub cellar to support the new equipment and uses. The project has three phases with multiple DOB applications and inspections. These phases are still ongoing. The building is roughly 37 stories.
